Dina Brown is a partner and heads the firm’s Real Estate, Planning and Construction and Wills and Estates departments.

Dina joined the firm in 2000, and specializes in the fields of real estate and planning and construction. She advises clients from the governmental sector as well as commercial and private clients on a wide range of infrastructure, real estate and construction projects, including the sale and purchase of real estate for commercial, residential and industrial purposes, infrastructure projects, planning and zoning, and urban renewal projects, including Tama 38.  In addition, Dina regularly appears before various national and local planning committees, as well as representing clients before the Knesset and a range of governmental bodies, including the Israel Tax Authority, Israel Land Authority and the Planning Administration.

Dina also specializes in wills and estates, with particular expertise in advising clients with dual citizenship and assets located worldwide, Halachic wills, and Enduring Power of Attorney. She advises clients on the probate and execution of foreign and domestic wills.
