Talila Devir is an associate in the firm’s Litigation Department.
Talila joined the firm in 2019 after completing her internship in the Civil Division of the State Attorney’s Office, representing the State in Supreme Court cases.
Talila’s practice focuses on litigation in civil and administrative law, particularly environmental and cultural property disputes.
During her law studies at the Hebrew University of Jerusalem, Talila served as a teaching assistant to Prof. Ehud Guttel in his Torts course and Prof. Yuval Shani and Prof. Guy Harpaz in their Israeli and International Law course. In addition, Talila coached the Hebrew University’s team for the Philip C. Jessup International Law Moot Court Competition.
