Shir Spira Michal is an associate in the firm’s Real Estate, Planning and Construction department.
Shir joined the firm in 2023, and specializes in the fields of real estate and planning and construction. She advises clients on a wide range of infrastructure, real estate and construction projects, including the sale and purchase of real estate for commercial and residential purposes. In addition, Shir specializes in various types of urban renewal projects, including representation of tenants in eviction and construction projects.
Shir also specializes in wills and estates, with certification for Enduring Power of Attorney.
