Yoav Nixon is an associate in the firm’s Corporate Department.
Yoav began at the firm as an intern in 2016 and is now an associate.
Yoav provides ongoing legal advice to the firm’s local and international corporate clients on a range of corporate and commercial issues, including financing transactions, mergers and acquisitions, liquidation and employment issues. In addition, Yoav offers legal advice to nonprofit organizations from the formation stage to ongoing assistance.
During his studies at the Interdisciplinary Center (IDC) Herzliya, Yoav worked in the corporate and hi-tech department of Yehuda Raveh law offices. Yoav also took part in the legal clinic of the “Israeli Council for Child Welfare” where he assisted and supported the families of children who were victims of sexual and violent offenses.
Yoav is one of the heads of the ‘Chalon’ community, a community of non-religious residents of Katamon-Gonenim and surrounding neighborhoods
